1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Apinsurance, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.
2. Platform Use
Apinsurance is a broker management software platform for licensed insurance brokers and their authorised team members. You must be a licensed insurance professional or operate under the supervision of a licensed broker to use this platform for insurance operations.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
4. Data Ownership
You retain ownership of all data you input into the platform, including customer records, documents, and insurance requests. By using the platform, you grant us a limited licence to process this data to deliver the services.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: use the platform for any unlawful purpose; upload malicious files or code; attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform or other accounts; or use the platform in a way that could damage its availability or security.
6. Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, Apinsurance is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.
