No. Apinsurance is 100% browser-based. Your agents use a web dashboard, and your customers receive a mobile-friendly link — no app downloads required.
Yes. We support CSV-based data imports for existing customer records. Our onboarding team assists with this during setup.
Yes. The platform supports a multi-branch hierarchy: Super Admin → Admin → Branch Manager → Agent. Each branch has isolated data while supervisors retain full visibility.

You create a request and send the customer a unique, secure link. The customer uploads their documents directly from a smartphone. You're notified instantly. No WhatsApp, no email attachments.
Yes. During review you can approve each document individually, or flag it with a note explaining what the issue is. The customer gets notified and re-uploads only the flagged document.
Once documents are reviewed, you upload quotes from one or more suppliers. Each quote shows the supplier name, premium, and coverage highlights. The customer accepts their preferred quote in the portal.
The agent dashboard is fully responsive and works on mobile browsers. A dedicated native app is on our roadmap.
All data is stored on UAE-based servers. Apinsurance does not route customer data through overseas infrastructure.
The platform is designed with CBUAE insurance broker requirements in mind, including audit trails for every document event and role-based access controls. We recommend your compliance officer reviews the platform against your specific licence conditions.
Yes. We apply data minimisation, secure access controls, and audit logging consistent with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law. We're committed to full compliance as PDPL implementing regulations are finalised.
Access is strictly role-based. Agents see only their assigned requests. Branch managers see their branch. Admins and super admins have full visibility with full audit logging.
Customers receive a WhatsApp or SMS link to a mobile-friendly upload portal. They upload required documents, see the status of their request in real time, receive quotes, and accept their policy — all without needing an account.
Yes. The customer-facing portal supports both English and Arabic, including right-to-left layout.
The customer receives a notification with the specific reason and which document to re-upload. They only re-upload that one document — not their entire submission.
All accounts include email and WhatsApp support during UAE business hours. Enterprise accounts include a dedicated account manager.
Yes. We provide onboarding training for your admin and agents during setup, plus access to our documentation portal. Most agents are productive within the first hour — the platform is designed to be self-explanatory.
